Zoe Mae's Baptism

Zoe was baptized last Saturday at St. John's Luthern Church in Merrill. The gown she is wearing is almost 60 years old. My dad's great aunt made it for my Grama's children. And then it was passed on to me (the first grandchild) and I wore it for my baptism. Maya wore it when she was baptized and then Zoe wore it too. I am saving it so Maya and Zoe's children can wear it some day.

She did so good. She didn't cry at all and just smiled when the paster poured the water on her head. Something about her dress must have tasted good, because she had it in her mouth the whole time.
